Crateful is an application for OpoShop stores that lets a merchant define a pool of products and a pricing rule, and lets that merchant's shoppers compose their own box from it. By installing Crateful you agree to these terms.
You decide which products go in a crate, what the rule is, and what it costs. Crateful applies the offer you configured; it does not set your prices, choose your products, or change anything else in your store. You are responsible for making sure the offers you publish are accurate, legal in your market, and something your margins can support.
To make a crate price real at checkout, Crateful creates and manages discount records in your store, and switches them on only while a genuinely complete crate is in a shopper's order. Crateful manages only the discounts it created — it never modifies or removes discounts you or another app created. Deleting or pausing a crate switches its discount off.
Because OpoShop's discount engine applies a percentage to every unit of a crate's products in an order, Crateful defaults to discounting only whole crates. You may opt in to discounting extras as well; if you do, the additional cost is yours.
Crateful adds its own block to your storefront and does not move, restyle, hide or replace anything your theme renders. If Crateful cannot load, it renders nothing and your store behaves normally. You can hide every crate at any time from Settings without deleting anything.
We work to keep Crateful available and correct, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Crateful depends on OpoShop's APIs; if those are unavailable or change, parts of the service may be interrupted.
Do not use Crateful to misrepresent a price or a saving to shoppers, to sell goods you are not permitted to sell, or to attempt to interfere with the service, another merchant's store, or the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Found is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost sales arising from use of Crateful. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may uninstall Crateful at any time from your OpoShop admin. On uninstall, crates stop appearing on your storefront and the discounts Crateful manages are switched off. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
These terms may change; the updated date above changes with them, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
